the split livers is a project i'm working on with wayne gottstine, one of the main songwriters in split lip rayfield. on this first recording, we start with a set of acoustic music around my kitchen table, picking and singing some bad liver songs and some split lip rayfield songs. you'll find the tape is 90 minutes long! we've included a big pile of b sides, experimental works, and other rarities from our respective solo works as an extra added bonus. jeff eaton, gas tank bass player for split lip drew the killer cover as well. this should keep you busy for a good while, figuring out what all this stuff is about. my brother likes it.
